Offering Canoe and Kayak Rentals on the Chattahoochee River Starting at only $10.00 per person Includes Shuttle to and from the River, PFD and Paddles. Autumn & Winter Hours of Operation Weekday Shuttle at 10am only $10.00pp Weekend Shuttles 10am and Noon $20.00pp Yes it is true. While all other rental operations charge from $30 to $60 per day, we offer this incredible rate based on our mission to Encourage enjoyment of this incredible river system with hopes to encourage awareness of the resource and foster stewardship. Effective Sept 15, 2008 we will be offering one shuttle at 10 am on weekdays at $10.00 per person. We will continue to operate 7 days a week until temperatures become too cold. Perhaps no one word better describes the concept of the river system as one contiguous basin to be shared by all. Perhaps long ago, it was one... and perhaps now we can make it one again. Bringing together all the people who rely upon her waters to share a common vision of stewardship of entire basin. The grand vision of the river trail that runs from Chattahoochee Gap on the Appalachian Trail from which this great river emerges all the way down into the blue waters of the Gulf will emerge with our first full length trips to be run in 2009. You will be able to sign up for the entire trip from the ridge trail to the Gulf or one of five week long segments. The New Entrance to the Kayak & Canoe Rental office Is located up the stairs on the front right hand side of the store. Special Notes for Kayak / Canoe Rental Customers Safety is our #1 Goal! All people on the river must wear their life jackets at all times Pets, Alcoholic Beverages and Glass Containers are Not Allowed. In case of Rain or Storms we will issue Rain Checks or Refunds. Please be sure to call us the day of your trip to make sure that the dam Release Schedule doesn’t interfere with your Scheduled Shuttle time. The Corp of Engineers will not allow any person on the river 2 hours before the Dam Release.
