Photographic, Video & Audio Rights Waiver

Participants and Volunteers grant absolute right and permission to Apalachicola Maritime Museum, or its assignees, to use any photographic images, video recordings, and audio, taken of themselves, their minor children, and their boats, for publication or distribution through any media whatsoever, including the internet, for editorial, advertising or promotional purposes, as determined by either Apalachicola Maritime Museum or its assignees.
