Terms and Conditions

• We provide eco tour trips on kayaks, canoes and power boats on the Apalachicola, Chattahoochee and Flint river system in Florida and Georgia.
• All participants must sign a waiver.
• No one under age 8 will be allowed on a trip.
• No one with an age or disability related impairment that increases safety risk will be allowed on a trip. This is not to be discriminatory, but to apply a reasonable standard in avoiding putting someone with an impairment at risk.
• All potential participants will be required to watch the safety video educating them on the hazards of the trips
• All participants will be encouraged to ask questions about the trip to help ensure their understanding of the risks involved.
• 1 Day kayak trips cost $20 (USD) per person including all shuttle and equipment costs.
• Cancelations may be made at least 24 hours in advance for which a refund will be issued
• The customer must arrive at the designated time and place in order to participate in the trip. Failure to show up at the designated time and place results in a forfeit of fees paid.
